A Special Message from the North Pole Awaits!
We are delighted to host Santa’s official Post Box here at Idlewells Shopping Centre!
Give your child the magical experience of posting their Christmas wishes and receiving a personalised reply directly from Santa Claus himself.
How to Send Your Letter
It’s completely free, but there are a few important steps to ensure Santa’s elves can send the reply:
- Write Clearly: Help Santa read your wishes by writing clearly, or having a grown-up write your letter for you.
- Include the Address: You must include the full return address and the child’s name so Santa knows exactly where to send his response!
- Post It: Drop your finished letter into the dedicated Santa Post Box at Idlewells.
Important Posting Dates & Deadlines
To guarantee a reply from the North Pole before Christmas Eve, please note these crucial dates:
Last day to post your letter to the North Pole – Before 13th December. Come along to craft club and the elf squad will help you write your letter.
Expected delivery of Santa’s reply – Visit the magic washing line between 13th – 20th December to collect your reply from Santa.
Letters posted after the 13th December cannot be guaranteed a reply before Christmas.
