Customer Facilities
Toilets can be found just off the lift lobby area at the bottom of Market Mall. There are also disabled toilets available for use operated by a RADAR key.
We also have baby changing and baby feeding facilities, which are located opposite the toilets. These rooms offer parents a safe, clean and private environment to tend to their little ones.

Free Wi-Fi service
Here at Idlewells, we want you to keep in touch with the outside world. We offer a free Wi-Fi service to our customers which is fast, easy and reliable. It’s simple to log on; all you have to do is connect to ‘Idlewells FREE Wi-Fi’ on your device’s connectivity section and then open up your browser, fill in the details and then you can surf the internet. Whether you are checking out the latest special offers at Idlewells or catching up on emails, it’s easy!
ATM Machine
We have a FREE TO USE ATM machine at Idlewells, located alongside Bon Marché and adjacent to SpecSavers. As you enter into the centre, via the Car Park, it is on the left hand side.
Leisure
Idlewells has plenty to keep the kids entertained when they get bored during your shopping trip. We have 3 children’s rides ranging from Peppa Pig to racings cars and we have plenty of toy and sweet vending machines, starting from just 30p; keep your eyes open on the mall to find them!
During school holidays and on special dates (i.e. Mother’s Day/Father’s Day) we run FREE ‘Crafty Monkey’ WORKSHOPS and hold FREE EVENTS. Check on our news & events page and Facebook Page for more details periodically.
Accessibility
All areas of Idlewells and entrances/ exits to Idlewells are easily accessible. The shopping centre is based on one level making it easy for people in wheelchairs or people with pushchairs to navigate their way round. We have several disabled and parent and child spaces in the car park with lifts that bring you straight into the shopping centre.
First Aid
All of our centre team are trained in First aid. If you experience problems during your shopping trip or feel you need assistance, please don’t hesitate to ask a member of centre staff or at any retailer.
Lost children
We know how distressing it can be if you think you have lost your child whilst out shopping. If you feel you need assistance, please ask a member of centre staff or at any retailer and we will advise and assist as needed.
Photo booth
We have a photo booth available for use, which is situated near the Indoor Market. The photo booth provides identity photos which will be suitable for all official documents including passports, identity cards and driving licences.
